Thank you for visiting and shopping at Skinics UK Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Skinics ships to addresses within the UK, including P.O. boxes and BFPO addresses where possible. Some couriers may not deliver to these addresses, and we will contact you if alternative arrangements are needed.
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Skinics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Due to hygiene reasons, IPL laser hair removal devices that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Include your order number, reason for exchange, and whether you’d like a replacement or an alternative product.
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue and your preference.
If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are exchanging for any other reason (e.g. changed mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, the new item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
